About Our Studio Space
Here at Launch Studios, we have two separate studio spaces that are available for rent during the time that we aren’t using it for our own digital marketing content production purposes, “The Wall” which is a 19′ x 32′ infinity wall / cyclorama wall painted in all white, and “Studio XI II IV” (aka ‘Studio 624’), our podcast, talk-show and educational/training production set .
Temperature-controlled with air-conditioning and heat for year-round comfort, our warehouse studio features high ceilings and 3000sf of space that is perfect for nearly any photo or video production.
The large overhead door allows direct drive-in access to the space, which makes load-in and out very easy, as well as making it the ideal studio for an indoor shoot featuring cars, motorcycles or other large motor vehicle is required – you can drive them right onto the cyc wall floor (well, technically it has to be one of us pulling it in there, for legal reasons, but still!).
The back section of our studio space is the “Podcast, Talk Show & Educational/Training” production set, which includes a turnkey setup for recording a podcast or for recording content for a training course and other educational training videos.
Since both studios are open spaces with no ceiling, when one studio is being used, the other side is blocked from reservations as well so that there is not someone on the other side shooting an unrelated production. However, when renting the space, only one of the two studios are available for use. (Both studios may be used for an additional fee).
We also feature a Dedicated 1TBPS Fiber internet connection to ensure a majestic streaming experience whether you are a gamer or other content creator. And with our HD projector that uses ‘The Wall’ as a screen, you can enjoy your stream on a 260″ screen!

Better yet, if you have regular needs for studio space, we would love to have repeat clients that we get to know and trust using our prized possession. We try to make this worth your while by offering discounts on pre-purchased blocks of time. We always offer a ‘Buy two 4-hour blocks, get one free’ promotion when we are accepting new bookings, and sometimes we may even offer two free 4-hour blocks (like right now, with promo code ‘FALL’).
Blocks are typically limited to one use per month. But some of the promotions offer flex use for one of the 4 total 4-hour blocks.
*Fresh white paint can be applied for your shoot for a $150 painting fee if you require perfect white floors (most do not). Price does not include any lighting, equipment, accessories nor a photographer/videographer. All of that can be arranged for an additional fee. All times are firm for indicating arrival time and leaving time. Any overages subject to additional fee of $200/hr.
